Page 3 of 3 “Some things. I know there's something important that I should pay attention to... Do you know?” “No, I don't know what you mean. If you don't know, it can't be important.” I turned and went back to my sandwich. I also finished Franks. We sat down on the couch. “Here, eat something, maybe you'll feel better.” Frank ate a bit, and seemed to get clearer with every bite. His gestures became more powerfull and his eyes were filled with life. I knew I had to move, if he became even stronger, I might not be able to do what I wanted. But the longer I waited the more interesting it would become. It was a dangerous game. “I know that I didn't want to go with you, yesterday, Mandy. I don't know why I went anyway...” He threw me an angry, suspicious look. “But there's no way you can keep me here. I can suddenly think clear again, as if a cloud lifted from my brain, and I know for sure that I'll leave.” He stood up, and I realised I'd waited too long. “No, Frank, don't do that.” I put my hand on his arm, and he threw it off as if he was allergic to me. With large steps he moved through the room and I ran after him. Frank went to the hallway, but I ran through the kitchen, grabbed the knife and met him at the frontdoor, where he stood hesitantly. I guess he tried to think of things he wanted to take with him. “Don't come near me, Mandy. You don't have the right.” “Fight, my gladiator, fight for your life!” I whispered, and dove at him with the knife glistening as if it was a large tooth, in my hand. I hacked at his thy, and it ripped his pants, and dove in his flesh. Frank screamed and bent foreward. I slid behind him, jerked him up and let the sharp metal slide over his throat. It was more difficult than I'd thought it would be, the knife hung behind some bones, and I had to push real hard. But then it went through, a huge gulp of blood poored out of the wound, and Frank shivered in my arms. He pulled at my arm one more time, but then fell down. I heard him gasp for a few moments, and he tried to get up. But then all was quiet. There was more blood than I'd ever seen before. I didn't know a person had so much of it. I'd had to clean all of that up, but it didn't matter right now. I was thrilled that I'd found a way to keep living the Warrior Princess Life! With my own private Gladiator! I could have a kill whenever I wanted!
